This is an exciting opportunity for graduates and TVET college learners that have qualification/s from accredited and recognised tertiary institutions in the following fields to participate in the internship programme.
Job description
To provide assistance to all staff requiring IT Support and assisting the IT Division by ensuring that general IT administrative tasks are executed.
Main responsibilities;
- Support in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues, including servers, network devices, and printers.
- Assist in network performance monitoring and optimization.
- Help create and update technical documentation, including system configurations, network diagrams, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees, including setting up workstations and configuring user accounts.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
- Any other reasonable task as may be requested by Management
Minimum requirements
- Head Office – Randburg
- National Senior Certificate (essential)
- 3-year Degree/Diploma in Business Information, Information Technology or equivalent qualification
- Be computer literate with MS packages.
- Good Communication skills (Written and spoken).
- Not have previously completed an internship
- Be prepared to enter into a learning agreement for period not exceeding 12 months commencing as soon as possible
- Please note permanent employment after completion of the programme is not guaranteed.
