Job description

To provide assistance to all staff requiring IT Support and assisting the IT Division by ensuring that general IT administrative tasks are executed.

Main responsibilities; 

  •  Coding, debugging, designing, and testing computer structures.
  • Troubleshooting system errors.
  • Writing computer instructions and managing database systems.
  • Maintaining operating systems and editing source-code.
  • Profiling and analyzing algorithms.
  • Know HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other relevant web design coding languages.
  • Create and test applications for websites.
  • Collaborate and present design specs.
  • Work with graphics and other designers.
  • Troubleshoot website problems.
  • Maintain and update websites.
  • Monitor website traffic.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
  • Any other reasonable task as may be requested by Management

Minimum requirements

 
  • Head Office – Randburg
  • National Senior Certificate (essential)
  • 3-year Degree/Diploma in Business Information, Information Technology or equivalent qualification
  • Be computer literate with MS packages.
  • Good Communication skills (Written and spoken).
  • Not have previously completed an internship
  • Be prepared to enter into a learning agreement for period not exceeding 12 months commencing as soon as possible
  • Please note permanent employment after completion of the programme is not guaranteed.
